the right process and the rights follow through. This course is made up in a way that these qualities will be the value of your board
as an effective BOD (Board of Directors). This seminar will give you the basics regarding “How to evaluate your board”.
To evaluate your boards’ performance over time is necessary in order to provide your company / organization with a board that contributes
to what’s best for the company and not only “sits on the board and lifts remuneration’ (Excerpts from NACD)
